My partner and I had one week in caravan number 17 for the second week in September. Absolutely Fantastic! The van was absolutely spotless. So cosy especially with the central heating on. Shower, bedrooms, everything about the van was …

Mounts Bay Caravan Park is my favourite place to stay in Cornwall. I first stayed here in 1987 and for the following 5 summers and finally returned with my family in June 2023. It was exactly as I remembered it. The Caravan was pristine. …

We could not have enjoyed our stay at Mount's Bay Caravan Park any more. Aidan and Lucy were warm and welcoming and our caravan was spacious, spotless and well-maintained. The site is quite small, quiet and peaceful- well-suited to those …

We had seen the Mounts Bay Caravan Park sign for years and always wanted to stay there. We tried it this year (22nd – 29th July 2023) and had the best time ever! What a lovely couple Aiden and Lucy are, very hospitable. Over the years we’ve …

Great site. Our second time at Mounts Bay. Walking distance to beach, village, restaurants and pubs. Nice pool and helpful, friendly site owners. Would highly recommend.

This is a beautifully situated caravan site at the bottom of Marazion and for it's positioning, you'd probably expect to pay more.
Easy access to Penzance, St. Erth, St. Ives and even Newquay for the day should you want to.
Beautiful view of St. Michael's Mount.
Its a very quiet, small caravan site that only allows cars on site to un/load.
This was our second visit, having been 7 years prior.
The caravans are very small. If you get the weather, you won't notice but if, like us, you get a lot of rain, then the size of the caravans are felt that little bit more. There's not a lot of storage space in there and whilst exceptionally clean, it just felt a little tired and missing a lot of modern things you might expect, even from a caravan.
There's no WiFi as it says on the website, but the regular phone signal is woeful to the point I couldn't stream anything off my phone at all.
They have a hut that contains buckets, spades, bodyboards, books, jigsaws, dvds etc that are free to loan which is nice.
The laundry facilities aren't great. £6 a wash and the dryer is £1 p/10min and quite frankly did nothing.
There was no where in the caravan to hang damp clothes except a very small window hanger which necessitated having a window fully unlatched which may not be to some likings. This made the caravan feel very damp.
Despite usually being a very quiet campsite (and I still believe it is... We were just unlucky) we were annoyed to find one family letting their two kids play football and scream "goooal" until 10pm at night.
The on site pool is lovely. Pleasant temperature but not a lot of seating if more than 2 caravan residents are using it at once.
Did I enjoy our holiday? Yes. Absolutely. Would I return, probably not. To some, lack of mod cons such as WiFi may sound wonderful, for me it's just a bit too removed.

This is a beautifully kept site, lovely cornish/ tropical garden, and small with only 17 caravans. The quiet was lovely, all we could hear at night was the sea and the wind in the trees. We were in the Ashdale number 16 which was very …

This was our first visit to Mounts Bay Caravan Park and it was superb. Lovely clean site and very quiet. The caravan was modern and well equipped. The site is very close to St Michael's Mount and all the usual attractions in this part of Cornwall. Aiden & Lucy are very helpfull. Would recommend.

Just returned from a wonderful holiday at this immaculately kept, spotlessly clean, peaceful holiday park. Aidan and Lucy are extremely accommodating friendly people and fantastic hosts. The park is perfectly placed for Marazion and local beaches. This was our second year here and we have already booked for 2024.
