We had the most incredible couple of hours with Ocean High on a sunny October afternoon. My husband and I were complete beginners to Paddle Boarding, Lawrence was a brilliant teacher with so much knowledge about the sport, Marazion and the marine life we were lucky enough to see. We will definitely be back in the Spring! Thanks so much for an unforgettable afternoon!

My boyfriend and I had the most beautiful morning kayaking for a couple of hours around St Michaels Mount. Lawrence the owner is an absolute gent and his knowledge of the water activities and local area really shines through. The equipment is excellent quality and Lawrence conducts his business with safety and fun in mind. We even stopped off for a coffee and cake on our kayak adventure (as recommended by Lawrence’s daughter) and to top it off we got a glimpse of Sedrick the seal, which really made our day. Lawrence even helped us retrieve our misplaced towel, which I mistakenly left at the beach hut, dropping it off at a near by cafe for us to collect the following day.

Lawrence’s customer service was exceptional. After having to cancel and delay our booking due to unpredictable weather, Lawrence communicated with us to sort a safe and manageable solution that would fit everyone. His response times were reassuringly fast, and he was always informative and polite in his communications. Although we didn’t manage to get out on this occasion, should we visit again we will definitely be booking with Lawrence.

We booked to have a paddle boarding lesson as a taster, and we’re so glad we did. Lawrence was an excellent instructor who was incredibly knowledgable and covered everything we needed to know. He made us feel safe and confident on the water and no doubt we now have a new hobby to pursue. Thanks Lawrence!

Very good experience renting double kayaks and wetsuits. We enjoyed the time on the water very much. Thank you! To improve: offer an XXL wetsuit to rent :)

A group of us hired some SUPs from Ocean High and were not disappointed! Lawrence was very friendly and informative and gave loads of great tips with regards to using the SUPs. He is clearly passionate about what he does which comes across in his enthusiasm for the sport and the ocean. Would highly recommend Ocean High and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Had an amazing time, would highly recommend. Staff were very helpful with us picking what was right for us and the weather conditions. Safety explanation with the water and rocks could not be faulted. The view are brilliant meaning you can see the island from a different view. So much fun sharing a double kayak.

We just came down hiking the coastal path and decided spontaneously to go over to St. Michael on paddle boards. Instant booking was no problem and 10mins later we were standing on the boards and had left all luggage in the Ocean High tent. Really nice tour though you are not allowed to go around the island.
